francis alÿs, when faith moves mountains (2002)

piggy backing off of last monday’s post about pezo von ellrichshausen’s soft pavilion, a project on a hilltop in alaska, today’s post concerns a hilltop in peru.  when faith moves mountains is currently on display at the moma as part of the exhibit a story of deception, showcasing the moma’s three new acquisitions of francis alÿs’ work.

enjoy your monday.
